PERSONNEL COMMITTEE

1.0 A Personnel Committee may be appointed by the chairperson of the Board at the first regular meeting following the organizational meeting of the Board. The Board chair will name the committee chairperson.

2.0 The function of the Personnel Committee is:

2.1 To negotiate with certified bargaining units to arrive at an agreement on salaries, house, and working condition of employees represented by these units and to make a recommendation to the Board for action.

2.2 To recommend policies and/or regulations affecting personnel employed by the school district.
