BARRE VOCATIONAL-TECHNICAL ENTERPRISES, INCORPORATED

1.0 A corporation to be known as Barre VOC-TECH ENTERPRISES,
INC. shall be formed for the purpose of handling the
business and financial details of the Barre Area
Vocational Center Building Trades projects.

2.0 The articles of association and by-laws of Barre VOC-TECH
ENTERPRISES, INC. shall be approved by the Board as
members of the corporation.
