SPAULDING HIGH SCHOOL ACTIVITIES FUND

1.0 The School Board establishes the following terms and conditions under which fund-raising activities shall be conducted and donations and proceeds from fund-raising activities shall be accepted.

1.1 They are consistent with the philosophy, purposes and interests of the school.

1.2 They do not expose the district to undue risks.

1.3 They do not require related expenditures of school funds, unless approved in advance by the Board.

1.4 They do not hold the school district liable for any contracts or outstanding or future obligations.

1.5 They do not conflict with other approved activities undertaken by the school, individuals or outside groups.

2.0 Written requests for disbursements from the Activities Fund shall be presented to the activities coordinator.
