SPAULDING HIGH SCHOOL ACTIVITIES FUND

1.0 The School Board establishes and shall maintain a Spaulding High School Activities Fund. Financial support for school activity programs in excess of the annual budget appropriation may derive from the Activities Fund.

2.0 The Spaulding High School Activities Fund will hold proceeds from approved fund-raising activities, concession receipts and gate receipts, each retained in separate accounts.

3.0 Monetary donations may be accepted in the Activities Fund. Donations may be designated for a program of the donor's choice.

4.0 There shall be an annual audit of the Activities Fund and a report shall be prepared and presented to the Board.
