STUDENT FUND-RAISING ACTIVITIES
1.0 All fund-raising activities conducted by and on behalf of students for school related activities must be approved in advance by the school administration.
2.0 A written request will be prepared prior to any fund-raising activity and submitted to the school administration. The request must include the name of the
school organization, the nature of the activity, the date(s) of the activity, and the intended use of the proceeds. The request must be signed by the person who
assumes responsibility for supervising the activity and accounting for the proceeds.
3.0 Any fund-raising activity deemed inappropriate or not in the best interests of the High School District will not be approved.
