BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Therese Taylor, Guy Isabelle, John Pizzo, John Santorello, Chris Conti, Martin Prevost

BOARD MEMBER ABSENT: Joe Maiola

ADMINISTRATORS PRESENT: Gail Conley, Wayne Shepard, Bob Phillips, Cindy Donlon, Tommy Walz,

OTHERS: Approximately 130 Visitors

Chair Therese Taylor called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m.

Ms. Taylor introduced Business Manager Wayne Shepard. Mr. Shepard presented an overview of the proposed 2008-09 Spaulding High School Union District budget.

Thirty-four visitors spoke and offered ideas and suggestions about the 2008-09 budget.

Motion was made by Chris Conti, seconded by Martin Prevost to adjourn at 9:05 p.m.
