1. Call to Order

The SHS/BTC Chairperson, John Santorello, called the Thursday, October 8, 2009, meeting to order at 6:25 p.m., which was held in the SHS & BTC Campus Library, 155 Ayers Street, Barre, Vermont. 

The BTMES Chairperson, Brenda Buzzell, called the Thursday, October 8, 2009, meeting to order at 6:25 p.m., which was held in the SHS & BTC Campus Library, 155 Ayers Street, Barre, Vermont. 

Due to the lack of a quorum, the BCEMS was not called to order.

3.1 ADS Financial Management System Presentation and Training

Along with Mrs. Rosa, John Gray and Jeff Hazzard provided a tutorial presentation of the ADS financial management system.

6. Executive Session (if needed)

6.1 Personnel Matter

At 7:20 p.m. on a motion by Ms. Moore seconded by Mr. Tewksbury, the BTMES Board unanimously voted to enter into executive session, pursuant to Title 1 § 313 to discuss a personnel matter.

At 7:20 p.m. on a motion by Mr. Santorello seconded by Mr. Walz, the SHS/BTC Board unanimously voted to enter into executive session, pursuant to Title 1 § 313 to discuss a personnel matter.

Dr. Bacon, Mrs. Rosa, Marcia Biondolillo, James Ward, and Linda Carrier, (Barre City Board members present), were invited into the executive session.

At 7:45 p.m. the Boards exited executive session.

On a motion by Ms. Moore seconded by Mr. Kirkland the BTMES Board unanimously voted to approve the Business Manager to work electronically from her home in Florida.

On a motion by Mrs. Malone seconded by Mr. Cecchinelli the SHS/BTC Board unanimously voted to approve the Business Manager to work electronically from her home in Florida.

7. Adjournment

On a motion by Mr. Santorello seconded by Mrs. Malone, the SHS/BTC Board unanimously voted to adjourn at 7:55 p.m.

On a motion by Mr. Paterson seconded by Mrs. Buzzell, the BTMES Board unanimously voted to adjourn at 7:55 p.m.
